Work History: Control Masters Inc, 1985 - 2010. Systems Integrator. As a Senior Systems Engineer at CMI, I programmed PLC and HMI systems using various vendor products for multiple industries such as material handling, personal care product manufacturing, extrusion, automotive stamping, and food manufacturing. Additionally, I designed data collection and historian products using Inductive Automation and Rockwell Information Systems technologies, and managed IT operations for Control Masters Inc. and multiple customer sites, including designing and installing Plant Floor Ethernet systems. VVF Illinois Services 2010 - 2018, Contract Manufacturer of personal healthcare products. Electrical Engineering Manager At VVF, I managed improvements to deodorant and anti-perspirant production and packaging, overseeing a team of 13 electricians 24/7. Previously, I collaborated with their IT department to install ethernet throughout the plant floor and implemented a data collection system using Inductive Automation Ignition, Kepware OPC Server, and MS SQL Server. This system monitored production and process data, managed batching records, and aided in troubleshooting and repair. Additionally, I installed a Rockwell AssetCentre archiving system to provide 24/7 support for program and configuration files. VVF Kansas Services 2018 - 2023 Electrical Controls Engineer I transferred to VVF's Kansas City facility to continue the same work as described for VVF Illinois Services. This included production optimization, projects, upgrades, and the implementation of Inductive Automation Ignition, Kepware, and MS SQL Database system into plant operations. I was also appointed to an Electrician Supervisory position, where I managed a team of 13 electricians. I continue to provide remote technical support to the Aurora facility.
