About Christopher Bailey

I consider myself somewhat unique in the world of HR software, especially now as a Solutions Architect. My background in development and project management has served me extremely well in some key roles, where I have been able to make a real difference in digital transformation approaches and to how an organisation looks to recruit, develop and retain their employees. The core of my approach within HR is the customer experience.without a positive experience whatever the outcome, we can't build and maintain a great process. I naturally gravitate towards project based roles, where I can utilise my skills to really deep-dive into an organisation, then make informed improvement proposals. Which then enables me to use my main strengths of project managing the full delivery, be it new systems, techniques, strategies, policies and so on. Key stand outs of my experience are: • Analytical approach to projects, using statistics and data to highlight areas of improvement. • Scope, design and delivery of new digital platforms with four large end users. • Extensive experience of end to end on-boarding at all levels. • Developer and implementer of internal HR processes, both in-house and RPO. • Implemented four new Applicant Tracking Systems from start to finish. • Implemented one HCM system from start to finish - Workday • Implemented one ERP system - Oracle R12 • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships at all levels. • Key technical background development.
