About Christopher Bailey

As an award-winning residential real estate and mortgage sales professional for the past 20 years I've seen and done it all! I've helped people buy, build, sell, lease, rent, invest and finance residential real estate, working with all types of properties, traditional sales, short sales and foreclosures. I've built a business from nothing by developing and implementing proprietary lead generation and follow up systems converting prospects into hundreds of clients and closed sales. The type of clientele I've worked with has varied from first-time home buyers, to corporate relocation, to seniors transitioning into assisted living. I've recruited, built, educated and managed teams to great success. I've also worked as a part-time university real estate instructor. Prior to my career in residential real estate and financing I was an award-winning corporate sales and marketing professional in the insurance business. I'm currently looking to branch out into real estate brokerage leadership roles, Broker Price Opinions, rental property management, leasing activities, senior housing, land development, title work, vendor sales of products and services to other real estate agents, and sales of products and services to homeowners.
