About Christopher Baker

I have always gravitated towards the outdoors and industries that focus on celebrating the outdoors. At Boyne Mountain Resort, I have had the opportunity to pursue what I love while learning about hospitality & recreation, construction & project management, and, most importantly, leadership. My background is primarily in companies who understand and practice Servant Leadership. Projects that I have had the privilege of either facilitating or managing range from replacing concrete sidewalks to cedar shake & asphalt roof replacements on multiple units at a time. Some notable projects that I learned from and that I am proud to have been involved with include: setting up a preventative maintenance program for rental units, facilitating in multiple new developments/builds, reworking an Association's insurance and lowering premiums drastically.
