Senior technology and operations executive in the Office of the CIO at EMPLOYERS. I’ve built and scaled a centralized operations function from the ground up, connecting enterprise strategy to execution across IT, Product, Data, and Engineering.I’ve led the design and delivery of enterprise-wide capabilities in Program Delivery, Operational Excellence, Governance, Agile Maturity, Change Management, Financial Stewardship, and Employee Engagement. These functions now operate as a unified execution engine for the organization.Signature work includes enabling the launch of a new Excess Workers’ Compensation product, building a managed services model for Premium Audit from the ground up, and standing up a centralized operations model aligned to the creation of an Office of the COO.I operate as Chief of Staff to the CIO, stepping in to lead executive forums, direct cross-functional execution, and drive business-critical decisions.
