My name is Chris Bar and I am a confident, inexhaustible program management professional who takes duty, mission, and accountability seriously; a supportive, demanding, leader who enjoys working in a team setting. I have worn many hats and had a multitude of experiences in my Naval career—operator, trainer, writer, security manager, program manager, quality assurance manager, and assistant site director. I am a recognized expert and maintain a stellar reputation as an effective problem solver with superb administrative, organization, critical thinking, and public speaking skills. As a result, I have the unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects with competing timelines and navigate complex challenges.
