I am part of the Friendly and Extraordinary United Airlines Inflight leadership team at EWR. I specialize in fostering a customer-centric environment, Meeting and achieving goals through the implementation of a service business plan, Building and sustaining a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver, and Achieving excellence through flawless execution of all service operations.My passion for customer service and sales can be traced back to earliest professional days where I perfected rapidly helping customers and delivering excellent customer service in a business where those two things often don't occur (McDonald's). My passion for sales comes from my pre-professional days when I became a mastermind selling fundraisers in the neighborhood, and being apart of the Academy of Finance in High School where I successfully ran many program fundraisers. I love offering a product or solution to meet a demand, and even more so I love delivering a world class experience. Working for United Airlines brings all this together in an environment that is customer eccentric, while developing its employees and fostering a friendly and welcoming environment.Outside of the office, I'm committed to taking classes at the University of Maryland, College Park, where I am majoring in Economics and Business Management, with a focus on operations and general management. Outside of work and class I participate in many on campus clubs where my keen business knowledge helps develop new on campus programs.
