I oversee the daily operations, quality, and safety of the farm, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I also manage multiple projects, such as facility upgrades, equipment maintenance, and waste management, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. I have a strong mechanical background in project management, with skills in planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and environmental sustainability.
