Throughout my career, employers have frequently capitalized on my rapport with clients. I am utilized to resolve communication issues and delicate situations with the goal of maintaining and continuing the business relationship. • While employed at Directronics, I was instrumental in winning a largely sought after contract with AutoNation Mobile Video. When Directonics closed, I packaged the sale of this client to Invision Industries, Inc. who had previously competed for the contract. My handling of both these situations convinced Invision they wanted me to work for them. Through my account management of AutoNation, Invision provided 75 percent of all Florida dealerships with their Mobile Video. • My initial job responsibility at Invision was as Dealer Training Specialist. I traveled nationwide, giving seminars at car dealerships to sales staff and installers. These focused on expanding sales of Invision’s product. • After less than a year with Invision, I began assisting in the management of the Mercedes-Benz OEM account. I facilitated sales promotions and installation techniques with the Accessories department personnel of Mercedes-Benz USA.
