About Christopher Bellew

As a Graduate Project Controller at Jacobs within Water & Environment, Europe. I bring a strong foundation in project management and controls to a diverse range of water and environmental projects. My primary focus is on providing framework project controls for Jacobs' Anglian Water Services projects, where I support the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives, working with the client, project managers, the framework manager and others in both the commercial and technical space. In addition to this, I serve as Assistant Project Manager (APM) for multiple projects for the Environmental Agency, supporting the project manager in monitoring and control throughout the project lifecycle. I have also been actively involved within the project management of a large-scale Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project, contributing to the development of a Development Consent Order (DCO) submission for the construction of 2 reservoirs. Alongside my core project controls responsibilities, I serve as the Project Delivery representative for Jacobs' Manchester office, working and learning from the Regional Director of Projects. In this capacity, I lead monthly presentations on internal project management updates/changes, facilitating discussions and feedback among the project management community across our four Northern England offices. This role enables me to foster collaboration, share best practices, and ensure alignment across regional teams. My growing skill set spans across project controls, cost management, data analysis, client communications, risk management, pricing future opportunities and financial performance monitoring with a particular interest in delivering sustainable and impactful solutions in the water and environmental sector. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse and multidisciplinary teams to create successful outcomes for both clients and local communities. Prior to my professional experience, I am a 2022 graduate from the University of Liverpool in Master in Management (MSc)(1st) and Marketing (BA Hons)(2018-2021).
