I've attained many skills through my Loss Prevention and as a Business owner including, administrative, investigative, and the ability to exercise mature judgment. I would also include fantastic analytical thinking skills, along with self-planning, I have worked extensively on Point of Sale systems and data, financial expense control, and inventory analysis. I also have over twenty years’ experience in physical security of merchandise systems including CCTV, alarms, EAS, safes, locks, and key control procedures. I would have to include the ability to prepare, interpret, and explain profit and loss reports, payroll and their reports, marketing and advisory, operational and evaluative work in security/ investigations, internal review and control techniques, and reducing and controlling shrink. I also have extensive knowledge in check verification systems and bad debt collections. I have over 20 years of managing safety programs, developing Loss prevention training programs, Loss Prevention Awareness programs. I'd like to include operational and safety audits. I have performed plus interviews, interrogations securing merchandising. Last I have years of experience building, training, managing, and mentoring very productive large and small teams.
