Seasoned operational finance executive with a consistent history of creating significant shareholder value and developing public company caliber finance platforms with high-growth companies. Prior to Transflo, was the EVP & CFO of Onex Partners portfolio company sgsco, a global provider of digital pre-press artwork content to major brands and retailers across traditional and eCommerce channels employing over 4,800 employees in over 30 countries around the world. Prior to sgsco, served as Chief Financial Officer of Lake Capital portfolio company Viamedia, Inc, a national local cable and internet advertising company with 70 offices throughout the United States. Prior to Viamedia, served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Vivint, Inc. a portfolio by company of Goldman Sachs culminating in the highly successful sale of the company to Blackstone Group in November 2012 for $2.1 Billion. Prior to Vivint, served as CFO of American Commercial Lines helping to lead the second most successful IPO in the United States in 2005 and increase the equity value of the company over eight-fold. Prior to ACL, served as Treasurer of Wabash National Corporation leading a highly successful recapitalization and played a key role in positioning the company for future growth. Prior to the corporate-side operational finance roles, spent eleven years in corporate banking focusing on middle market and large corporate financings with large regional banks including SunTrust Bank and PNC Bank. Also have served on three corporate boards: Sports Information Group, the 140 year-old publisher of the Daily Racing Form and portfolio company of Goldman Sachs and Antares Capital prior to its sale to Z Capital; Hi-Tech Veneer, a privately held manufacturing company serving the aircraft and construction industries; and Vivint.
