Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. I have found this to be a very accurate statement both personally and professionally. With a Master’s Degree in Education and Training and over two decades of professional experience in training and development, I am both passionate and committed to education. I have had the opportunity to be a change-maker in an effort to support students, faculty, staff, and administrators in a collaborative pursuit for academic success. While this journey has expanded my knowledge in many facets within educational instruction, I specialize in professional development, training, and operations. Furthermore, I have designed and implemented various strategies and procedures in order to provide premium performance in the building of strong professional partnerships and have a track record of increasing both enrollment and retention for the institutions I have worked with. My colleagues would describe me as collaborative, hardworking, and helpful; a team player who seeks creative answers solutions for any problem at hand. As an educational leader, I effectively combine operations management with support and accountability in order to develop high-performing teams that align with organizational goals. Being highly analytical and a critical thinker has allowed me to consistently deliver quality results within very fast-paced and complex environments.
