My career kicked off in the U.S. Navy, where I managed teams in high-pressure settings and kept TS/SCI systems running at near-100% uptime. That’s where I learned discipline, adaptability, and the value of getting it right—lessons I carry into every project and team I lead. It also shaped how I lead: I’m big on mentorship, collaboration, and making sure IT doesn’t just support the business but drives it forward. Right now, I’m at Humana tackling everything from massive server deployments to tightening up cybersecurity, always looking for ways to make things smarter and more efficient. I’m also working on certifications like PMP and AWS Certified Solutions Architect because I love staying sharp and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. What gets me going? Building teams that innovate and crush it, while leading with empathy and a focus on results.
