I am Chris Bock, Property Advisor / Real Estate Broker at Union Realty, LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri. Effective communication, extraordinary service, and over twenty-years of experience is what sets me apart. I started in the real estate business in 2002 shortly after graduating from Webster University, and have been a REALTOR® and a licensed Missouri real estate broker since 2004. After gaining experience in real estate sales and marketing, deal making, property management, and development, I started my own real estate brokerage in 2012. Experienced in commercial, residential, multi-family, land, farm, and investment real estate, with the primary focus on the St. Louis Metro area market. I've been involved in all facets of real estate, and I'm highly knowledgeable in values, areas, and property analysis. Service and client oriented, and a history of successful transactions. In addition to real estate brokerage and sales, I am also experienced in business development, business consulting, entrepreneurship, and nursing home administration. I love interesting structures and architecture. Interested in the outdoors, observing nature, anything mechanical or electrical, cars, boating, listening to music, barbequing, and good people.
