About Christopher Bottrill

I've a passion for process improvement and delivery. I'm a Lean Sigma green belt, an ADP practitioner (although that probably means little to anyone outside GSK but it's a more holistic version of Lean Sigma including human factors & change management aspects), an expert in Root Cause Analysis and someone who loves fighting fires (metaphorically, at least). Since leaving academia, I've done a range of roles, from seeking new technologies, analytical testing & development, managing pharma warehouses & inventory control, facilities & operations and cGMP manufacturing for respiratory products. I was also responsible for training and accrediting ~300 people in Lean Sigma Yellow Belt and ADP over a 9 month period; an experience that I found both rewarding and stimulating. I like doing DIY but have a healthy respect for electricity so always called in a tradesman. Now I've decided to close that gap and get qualified myself.
