As an Inside Technical Service Representative at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, I provide technical accurate recommendations for the installation and application of CP & F products to internal and external customers. I also serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, assist in the management of the product complaint database and process, and lead internal and external product training programs. I graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Admin. I have a combined 13 years of experience in various industries including logistics, sales, construction, and administrative services. I have developed strong leadership, project planning and analytical knowledge to deliver high quality service and value to clients and shareholders. Im currently open to exploring other growing opportunities of interest such as: business development and sales, project management, data analytics, IT, and supply chain management. My goal is to strive for greater responsibility and lasting impact, not only in my current but also in my future roles.
