As a seasoned General Manager (CT) at Mister Car Wash, I've led multiple teams since 2018 with a focus on operational excellence and team development. My leadership journey, however, began in the United States Marine Corps, where I served as an Infantry Rifleman primarily, honing skills that would later translate seamlessly into leadership roles in the civilian sector. My professional journey is enriched by my experience as a Marine Corps veteran. Joining active duty in 2014, I specialized as an Infantry Rifleman (MOS 0311) and later as a Basic Security Guard (MOS 8152). My commitment to leadership was further exemplified as an Infantry Squad Leader. After my initial active duty service from 2014 to 2017, I returned in 2018, this time in a reserve capacity, rekindling my dedication to service. Currently enrolled at Northwood University, I am pursuing a degree in Information Systems and Cybersecurity, blending my military background with a passion for cutting-edge technology. This academic journey reflects my commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of advancements in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. In my role at Mister Car Wash, I've embraced the ethos of effective team management, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of excellence.
