Maintain networks on a pro-active basis and troubleshoot all network issues including servers, PCs, switches, IP addressing, cabling, firewalls, VPNs, remote desktop, FTP, all hardware, and all software. Responsible for making recommendations regarding new equipment to meet standards. Responsible for installation of software and configuration of computers for individual user needs to meet business requirements in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements. Maintain inventory of all equipment, both new and old. Provide user tech support- remote, by computer, phone, or in person. Install computers for both home and work network use.
