I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Psychotherapist based in Ottawa, offering compassionate, evidence-based support to help people manage anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. With over a decade of clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings—including Queensway Carleton Hospital, Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital, and my own practice, Chris Carey Counselling and Psychotherapy—I bring a grounded, practical approach to emotional well-being and personal growth.
