About Christopher Carr

With over 18 years of experience in the counseling field, I am a Quality Improvement Specialist at New Alternatives For Children, a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive services to children and families with medical complexity, chronic health conditions, and significant challenges. As a Board Certified Life Coach (BCLC), I have a passion for coaching people to reach their true potential in life and find their life purpose. In my current role, I provide technical expertise and coordination for a multitude of programs that aim to improve health plans core measures and key performance indicators related to OFCS guidelines. I collaborate effectively with five different department directors and staff, as well as with waiver service providers, case planners, and other stakeholders, to identify gaps in performance, develop improvement plans, and measure the impact of actions. I also manage and facilitate the implementation of staff and department performance improvement activities that lead to a positive and measurable impact on processes and outcomes. I specialize in strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and ABA training.
