As a Pharmacy Information Systems Coordinator at Inova Health System, I manage the pharmacy software and hardware systems, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and compliance. I have over two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician II at the same organization, where I assisted pharmacists with dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining records. I also have a background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Manager for an auto repair business for over nine years. There, I established and maintained the web presence, built and ran the website, Facebook page, and mobile app, and managed advertisement and customer engagement. In addition to my BS in Supply Chain and Operations Management, I have completed the Google IT Support Specialization, Google Data Analysis and Google Advanced Data Analysis Professional Certifications on Coursera. I am currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administrstion. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to provide quality pharmacy services and support to patients and staff.
