About Christopher Cauchi

Inspired by interior design. I’ve studied full-time at university, while working full-time at Freedom. I have completed both roles to a very high standard, have recently won a scholarship, completed an internship and received the Deans Commendation. At Freedom I began as the interior decorator which I attained with my experience at university. I quickly became the highest grossing decorator in the country for the year before moving into a people managing role where I have 12 direct reports which I work closely with to coach and maintain high sales targets and exceedingly high customer service response rates. I utilise my high level of customer service experience I gained as a Qantas flight attendant to listen to clients and colleagues, work with them and assist the very best outcome.I hold myself to a very high standard and work very well collaboratively as well as independently. I have a very positive personality and love to nurture and promote my team to encourage a happy workplace based on mutual respect and positive communication.
