About Christopher Chaput

As a co-founder and head of product and user experience at Next Big Idea Club, I leverage my creative and entrepreneurial skills to design, launch, and scale a subscription business that delivers curated books and insights from the world's leading thinkers. With over 8 years of experience in this role, I have led the design, branding, checkout, and CRM for our website and app, as well as the production and delivery of our subscription boxes and printed materials. I have also managed email newsletter growth, paid marketing, and affiliate programs to help grow our customer base and revenue. I have worked closely with ad agency and technology partners to optimize the conversion funnel, solve for ad-footprint issues, and create a user-friendly and responsive design across multiple devices and platforms. Additionally, I have built and directed a customer service team and supervised a team of engineers and designers. My mission is to create products and services that surprise and delight our members and provide them with valuable and engaging content.
