I am a skilled System Integration Engineer and Field Service Technician with over 5 years of experience at Sev1Tech LLC, delivering high-quality technical solutions in challenging environments. Since February 2025, I’ve served as a System Integration Engineer, focusing on integrating software systems and components for PEO C3N to ensure optimal functionality for outside vendors. My responsibilities include developing and implementing testing and validation plans, recording data via Wireshark, and preparing detailed reports for GOVT officials. I identify and resolve technical issues within ITN infrastructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions, and offer troubleshooting assistance. I’ve documented system integration details for C2FIX and NGC2, ensuring future reference for edge solutions, while helping manage, direct, and coordinate planning for various testing events and products. I continuously monitor and improve integration processes, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends in ITN and TR structures. I also interface with government personnel, assist with project feasibility studies, and support NGC2 radios like MPU5s, focusing on scheduling, trade-off analysis, and requirements development. As a Field Service Technician since May 2023, I’ve supported clients across the United States in hybrid roles, planning, monitoring, and reporting on procedures and task orders. I resolve program issues, report lessons learned, and provide recommendations for software upgrades and tactical radio solutions. I’ve worked closely with clients to define business requirements, develop user stories, and design process flows for mobility solutions. My collaboration with developers ensures solutions meet business needs, particularly for COTS systems with ITN mission command systems, incorporating tactical radios (AN-PRC 148, 158, 162, 163, 160, 166, 168, 170, 171). I’ve also supported PM Tactical Radios with network engineering, satellite communications, and architecture, creating project plans with clear objectives and schedules while tracking benchmarks for change.
