As the Senior Director of Sales and Distribution, I oversee and lead the performance management of more than 100 properties across a portfolio of brands and segments, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values. I have a proven track record of delivering results and advancing re-imagining business and market mix in challenging and changing market environments. I have successfully opened and repositioned several hotels, managed owner relations, and executed strategies across sales, marketing, and digital channels. I am a certified trainer for Marriott/Ritz-Carlton Sales and Service Foundation, and a lifelong learner who embraces digital disruption and transformation.
