About Christopher Ciano

Want to know what combat in Afghanistan, overdraft fees, and missed mattress deliveries all have in common; stress. These situations were probably the most stressful situations in each of my respective careers, but it was adaptability, attention to detail, and empathic yet concise communication that saved the day in each scenario. Adapting to a new environment and combat situations is very much similar to learning a banking computer system to assist TD Bank guests with a wire transfer; low chance that it happens, but it still does. Attention to detail when processing high volume inventory as a store manager is also close to ensuring that your gear and equipment is there and in top condition as a soldier. That being said, here's why I'm a good fit for you. Taking these qualities translates into quickly adapting or learning your culture, systems, programs, and network. The attention to detail alongside leadership skills from being a store manager and teamwork from being a soldier combine into a mentor-like colleague. Finally, being able to present, teach, and communicate effectively with others is a necessity for any career path. My only question for you is, why haven't we connected yet?
