In my 18 years of working experience, I have demonstrated the skills necessary to multi-task on projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, as well as becoming an effective and productive team-leader. I possess the skills to rapidly learn and retain complex processes and information, while maintaining the ability to facilitate and convey detailed information to either the general public or an audience of my peers. I am a motivated, driven, self-starter who is able to prioritize my time through detailed organizational skills, and manage an ever-changing workload; thriving under high-pressure and stressful situations. I maintain an elevated level of professionalism through diverse experiences supervising, mentoring, and working within the government, private sector, or community. I understand the importance of flexibility and composure when dealing with a multitude of professional organizations. I excel and find value in areas concerning core ideals such as: discipline, hard work, integrity, commitment to the task at hand, and taking initiative; all while maintaining the ability to find success within any given set of assigned parameters or duties. I am enthusiastic and motivated to transition from the military sector to civilian employment and work in a field which will continue to challenge me and provide further learning and growth opportunities.
