About Christopher Cocchiarella

I'm a professional writer and experience designer with expertise in user experience (UX) content strategy, technical communication, learning design, and conversational AI. Using my background in the study of language, I write and design content for websites and mobile apps, user guides, online tutorials, and AI assistants, especially in the areas of finance and risk management. I also have a background in training and development, having devised and taught multiple synchronous and asynchronous courses, including classrooms, webinars, and self-paced eLearning. On the side, I'm a speaker and instructor, delivering lectures and invited talks at organizations, colleges, and universities, as well as mentoring diverse groups of learners.
