Throughout my career, I have earned recognition for achieving strategic and financial goals, delivering long-term scalable and sustainable growth, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, driving significant cost savings, upholding quality assurance, and ensuring excellence in customer service. A few notable accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include: • Being awarded the FDA Commissioner’s Special Citation in 2012 for harnessing transparency and agility to ensure projects were understood and rapidly approved, enhancing the capacity of the Medical Countermeasures Initiative (MCMi), and rendering the organization a more valuable steward of national security. • Propelling organizational effectiveness as the CEO of the Public Health Service Federal Credit Union by streamlining operations while reducing risk exposure and increasing employee involvement in the organization. I boosted customer satisfaction by 70% and revenue by 200%. • Receiving the FDA Leadership Award in 2006 for supervising and creating the first consolidated agency-wide performance plan with performance-based metrics for 350+ employees while leading operations for MCMi. I enabled transparency in the performance process and positioned employees for success by tracking tasks and expectations.
