About Christopher Coleman

Dedicated defender of the user with passion for making digital things that people love.=-=-=-=-=-= I wear a lot of hats. Designer, developer, researcher, strategist, manager, mentor. It takes all of these and more to guide a team and create digital products that hit that sweet spot of delivering what both you and your users need. I love making things and solving problems. It's a good feeling to say "I made this." But it's an even better feeling to say "we solved this." So, what do I actually do? I entered my career with a degree in journalism, and several years of experience designing and building websites for personal projects, student organizations, and freelance contract work. Things spiraled from there — my background in publishing and journalism evolved into information architecture, content management systems, and content strategy. My experience designing and building simple sites in those early days expanded to include modern UX practices and more advanced web development. Add in years of experience leading content, design, and dev teams, and it all comes together in the form of thoughtful experiences that look great, perform well, and, above all, meet real needs for both the users and the organization. So anyway, I make websites.
