Hello, I'm Christopher Collins. I have been fortunate enough to gain a broad range of experience across both the public and private sectors. While I am passionate and driven, I also strive to approach each project with a sense of willingness to learn and grow. Building Lasting Bonds in the Medical Field Throughout my career in the pharmaceutical industry, I've held a range of roles with increasing responsibility, from MSL to MSL Manager to Medical Advisor. My superiors have trusted me with these positions, recognizing my capabilities and my strong commitment to the field. I've had the privilege of working with some of the top medical experts in the fields of ophthalmology, rheumatology, cardiology, metabolism, and respiratory, building lasting bonds based on medical education and support. Creating Positive Relationships with Medical Experts In my role as MSL, I have cultivated strong relationships with the top medical experts in various fields, such as ophthalmology, rheumatology, cardiology, metabolic, and respiratory. I am dedicated to providing medical education and support to these experts and creating a positive working environment for all. Leading and Developing the MSL Team As MSL Manager, I led, developed, and managed the MSL team, organized and directed their activities within the Medical Affairs team, and collaborated with various franchises to improve the MSL role and related materials. I was also responsible for training the MSL team, as well as preparing and reviewing the budget and strategic plan for the team in Chile. Driving Medical Strategy for Major Pharmaceutical Companies In my role as Medical Advisor, I was tasked with driving the medical strategy for Novartis and Alcon in Chile, and for respiratory area in AstraZeneca presenting the strategic plan, engaging with medical experts in advisory boards, reviewing scientific materials, developing projects with scientific societies, and much more. I'm always striving to stay ahead of the curve and bring innovative solutions to the table. Leading a High-Performance Team for Community Growth In my time as the Director of Planning for a small municipality, I made significant contributions to the community, leading an exceptional team to raise and implement projects worth over $10 million dollars over the course of 2 years. That's an increase of 1300% from the previous period! I think that the common angle for my experience is based on how my work could led to a higher wellbeing for many people. And I’m very proud of that.
