Demonstrate technical knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical support systems to include power distribution systems, emergency power, HVAC, heat rejection systems, and fire alarm and suppression systems. Technical point of contact for all aspects concerning the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of infrastructure systems. With the approval of the Facilities Management, develop and implement new maintenance standards, as well as work to improve existing standards to support site operations. Supervise and critique work performance by subcontractors to ensure adherence to standards, schedules and specifications. This includes any third party contract hires to support data center and base building infrastructure. Assist Facilities Manager with the database management of maintenance discrepancies and work with Operations management to resolve site issues based on agreed upon priorities. •Development and implementation of security procedures, policies and standards using best practices and corporate strategic objectives • Provides exceptional customers to internal and external customers • High Level knowledge and understanding of CCTV, Video Management and Lenel ACS • Internal and External Audit Experience with PCI, SOC 1, 2 and HIPAA compliance • Working Knowledge of Salesforce and Customer Service Request handling • Implementation of successful loss prevention and asset protection techniques • Program and project management using proven project management methodology • Security Integrator Vendor oversight • Security staff management and training • Project Management of Datacenter security system installation and implementation
