An experienced leader, organization development (OD) consultant, facilitator, project manager, and grant manager with a history of supporting client OD initiatives in a wide variety of countries and contexts. In his 15+ years of experience, Christopher has helped teams and organizations work more powerfully together and better position themselves to achieve their goals. He has spearheaded global research initiatives; applied and adapted relevant models and theories to real world situations; fostered organizational partnerships and knowledge exchange; led continuous improvement processes; shaped the understanding of the essence of OD as a field and the critical needs it seeks to address; and used his communication, analysis, and synthesis skills to help clients see themselves in new ways in service of planning for the future. He has in-depth experience working with non-profit organizations, private sector companies, and government entities at the state, local and federal level.
