A Scrum Master Certified professional, I use creative problem-solving, a customer-centric approach, and design thinking to simplify complex processes. These skills were vital in my contribution to the build and initial success of MVPs for three different startups, countless internal and external initiatives, and custom internal solutions. As an active listener and empathetic leader, I meet people where they are, understanding and addressing their needs.
