Chris graduated from Delaware State University with his bachelors degree in finance and banking. While attending the university he founded a organization called Future Leaders In Progress his vision was to transition students from scholars to leaders, also help students develop a variety of skills (leadership, communication, networking, time management) that would be essential to their growth in the next stages of life. In 2015, he launched his financial services career with The Vanguard Group where he conducted transactions on client accounts, investment research and giving investment guidance. In 2015 he joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. Later venturing off founding Brookland Financial and Insurance Services in 2019, where he currently serves as CEO/Founding Partner.
