With over 24 years of experience in the manufacturing and service industry, I am a seasoned CRM administrator and service manager with a passion for customer satisfaction and process improvement. I have a proven track record of designing, developing, and training Terex Cranes CRM - Salesforce.com, as well as creating executive reports and presentations that show key performance indicators. I am motivated by the mission of Terex to provide solutions that are reliable, efficient, and cost-effective for our customers, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my background as a marine and an electrical equipment repairman. As the service manager at Terex USA, LLC, I played a key role in developing the Terex Cranes North America Call Center for product support and customer satisfaction. I implemented call routing, escalation, and billing processes and procedures to ensure that no call goes unanswered, and customers are directed to the proper team member for 24/7 phone support. I also provided customer support through multiple channels of communication to assist customers through operation, troubleshooting, and repair of Terex cranes. I leveraged my skills in CRM, team building, and manufacturing process improvement to help keep machines fully operational and minimize customer downtime. I left Terex in October 2023 to pursue new opportunities.
