I am a highly dedicated and well experienced individual, with a never-say-die attitude. I have a great deal of experience in the following; 1. Data Virtualisation - I have worked extensively with Denodo in the Implementation, Development and Architecture spheres, moving beyond pure Data Warehousing into a highly cost-effective and high performance alternative 2. Business Intelligence, data warehousing and reporting solutions – using solutions such as Qlikview, Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS, expanding now into SSRS SSAS, in addition to the built in reporting capabilities of the ERP. I also defined, built and documented the first-ever data architecture for Iliad Africa Trading. I also provide advanced-level reporting and analysis of data. Within EOH I have gained valuable exposure in technologies such as Nifi, Kafka, Cassandra and in other data visualisations like Qlik Sense, Power BI. Full End-to-End ERP Implementations From requirements gathering, to project management, training, UAT, handholding, setup of the Software (as well as Technical setup of the hardware as well), 4. Extensive experience in Support, as Team Leader and as Applications Service and Support Manager – Support in all areas of IT, from basic technical setups of computers and laptops through to assisting users with high-end ERP trading and accounting related queries. I have managed a team that grew from four people to eight, successfully providing for a user-base of more than 90 stores throughout the country, total number of users in the region of two thousand. Well experienced in internal and procedural auditing for ISO – this expertise, in conjunction with my accounting qualifications has served to be invaluable as it has allowed me to ask the right questions of the right people at the right time in accurately defining requirements and performing in-depth analysis thereof.
