About Christopher Darring

With over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry, I am passionate about delivering high-quality education and color services to salon professionals and clients. As the Creative Director at Milbon USA, I work with a talented team of educators and sales associates to create and execute innovative and engaging events, programs, and trainings that showcase our products and techniques. I also collaborate with our global partners and distributors to ensure consistency and excellence in our brand standards and customer service. Some of my achievements include helping develop Sophistone hair color, support material, syllabus and curriculum, organizing and customizing education for the market, as well as building strong relationships with event attendees and vendors to increase revenue and retention. My core competencies include event planning, staff development, and creative direction, as well as in-depth knowledge of color theory, trends, and techniques. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and contribute to the growth and success of Milbon USA and the beauty industry as a whole.
