About Christopher Day
I have been in and around the restaurant business since I was busing tables at a country club at the tender age of sixteen. More than ten years later I find myself in the Boston Metro area as a chef, culinarian, teacher, friend, and father of a beautiful little girl. It is my goal in the next ten years to then be a great father, chef, and hopefully find a means to teach and give back to the culinary community that I've been so blessed to be a part of.
