About Christopher Deibler

As an accomplished Behavior Specialist with a passion for enhancing the lives of clients and students with special needs, I am pleased to introduce myself, Chris Deibler, M.Ed, BCBA. With nearly 20 years of dedicated service in the field of Autism and special education, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing the well-being and success of individuals with exceptional needs. My journey as a Behavior Specialist began with CCRES, where I dedicated ten years to providing exceptional care and education to those with autism and emotional disturbance. During this period, I developed a deep understanding and empathy for the unique challenges and opportunities that would arise. Following my time with CCRES, I moved back into the Lancaster, PA area and continued my journey with Pennsylvania Counseling Services. It was within this agency that truly opened my eyes to clients and students with vast and deeply routed trauma-based backgrounds that challenged me on a day to day basis. Building on this foundational experience, I transitioned into a role as a Behavior Consultant, where I honed my leadership skills and expanded my knowledge into Applied Behavior Analysis with New Story Schools in Mountville, PA. Over two and a half years in this position, I worked tirelessly to develop and implement comprehensive ABA programming, ensuring that students received the individualized support they needed to thrive in an extremely diverse and challenging environment. As a dedicated lifelong learner, I am about to begin pursuing a concentration in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) in July. OBM will further enhance my skill set in leadership, clinical outcomes, and improve staff/performance and supervision. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a credential I earned to further enhance my skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and to better support students with Autism and related disorders. My BCBA certification equips me with the expertise needed to develop and implement function-based treatment and best practice positive behavior support plans to promote optimal outcomes for individuals with special needs.
