In my 31 years at Mr Chow, I was a vital part of its revival in the early 90s and helped promote it to a first-rate top grossing global restaurant brand. Training staff and managers in our NYC, Miami, Las Vegas, Mexico City, Seoul, and London locations. Since moving on from there, it’s been my pleasure to consult at Olivetta/Boujis Group and Jean George Waldorf Astoria LA. I was thrilled to train in Paris and to be part of the opening of Caviar Kaspia LA - Paris Caviar Kaspia being one of the most impossibly chic restaurants in the world! Working for and with some of the greatest luxury restaurant minds in the world has given me a tremendous insight. I consider myself very fortunate. I have just recently joined the team at CHATEAU MARMONT and absolutely delighted to contribute all I can to this already fabulous LA institution. The prospect of helping to create a new luxury brand or maintain and elevate an existing one is very exciting to me.
