From the moment I led my first LMS migration (with only a half-written SOP and a whole lot of caffeine), I realized that training isn’t just about tools—it’s about transformation. Today, with over a decade of experience in instructional design and tech training, I lead initiatives that don't just inform—they activate. At Edwards Lifesciences, I’ve designed enterprise-wide programs, rolled out Agile training with a 30%+ engagement boost, and even scripted and produced vision videos for the Global CIO that got a 97% view rate—take that, internal email blasts. My approach is equal parts strategic architect, learning psychologist, and scrappy creative.
