With over 5 years of experience as a District General Manager at H&R Block, I oversee the operations, sales, and customer service of multiple locations in the Midwest region. I drive the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to increase client census and revenue growth, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. I also recruit, train, and mentor a diverse and high-performing team of store managers and associates, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. In addition to my role at H&R Block, I am also the owner of DeWitt Farms, a family-owned business that produces and sells organic produce and products. I leverage my expertise in store management, merchandising, and visual merchandising to create an attractive and profitable retail environment for my customers and employees. I also hold a certificate in Diamonds from the Geological Institute of America, which reflects my passion and knowledge for the gemstone industry.
