Currently serving as an Experienced Staff Member for EY’s Indirect Tax practice. Our Tax practice equips our clients to navigate complexity and risks, leading to better business decisions. We help enterprises understand global tax policies and laws and comply with their responsibilities. Motivated graduate of St. Johns Law School. Awarded and maintained the Dean’s Scholarship for my academic performance. I also served as the President of the Corporate and Securities Society, and I served as an Articles and Notes Editor for the NY Real Property Law Journal. In my 1L summer, I was fortunate to work at Wilson Elser, LLP. I strengthened my ability to handle assignments, including: drafting contracts for clients and their independent contractors, indexing thousands of e-discovery files for easy use, and playing a comprehensive role during client deposition. During my 2L summer, I was invited back to Wilson Elser, LLP to work in their Accountants Liability, Securities Litigation and Mergers & Acquisitions Department. The opportunity to work with some of the best commercial litigation teams has been truly captivating. I continued working with this team throughout my 3L year as well. Previous to entering law school, I was employed by Ironshore Insurance as an Associate Underwriter from late January 2018 to August 2019. I wrote Miscellaneous Professional Liability and Cyber/Technology E&O Insurance. I contributed to the development of marketing plans, product analysis, services, geographic focus and broker intelligence.
