About Christopher Doyle

With more than 20 years of multi-industry experience spanning in-house finance, Big 4 auditing, and consulting, I’ve built my career on finding patterns in complex financial data, building collaborative partnerships, empowering sound leadership decisions, and driving strategic growth. My background includes a wide range of business models, growth stages, and industries, most notably the life sciences, technology, food and beverage, advisory, and service sectors. My financial philosophy focuses on doing the necessary research and analysis to provide the right answer to every question, including substantial evidence to support our best path forward. Career At-a-Glance: My career journey has been diverse, allowing me to gain equally valuable experience in GAAP accounting, corporate planning and restructuring, FP & A, fundraising, auditing, and more. Working with leadership team in consulting and various industry roles has allowed me to serve as a fractional CFO, outsourced controller, and consultant to a variety of companies, each more interesting than the last. As a longtime mentor and coach, I pride myself on my ability to build effective teams who can strategically target and deliver critical initiatives against our priority objectives. I help each person to achieve results beyond what they thought possible. My recent work with start-up ventures has challenged me to overcome new technical, operational, and financial problems each day. I tackle each with humility, aiming to break down seemingly overwhelming challengers into manageable and actionable goals. My teams strive to achieve the Most Improved Award, which demonstrates my commitment to continuous improvement. Previously, I enabled the explosive growth of Paytronix Systems, a SaaS technology provider. In five years, I built the accounting and financial infrastructure to support aggressive capital fundraising, which enabled 4x head-count growth and 3.5x revenue growth. Throughout my career, I have managed due diligence, acquisition accounting, and integration of multiple corporate acquisitions, totaling hundreds of millions in transaction volume. This has become an area of passion for me and I hope to continue this work in the future.
