With over 15 years of leadership experience in Tier-1 Nigerian banking, I’ve built a career at the intersection of financial strategy, client success, and inclusive growth. My work spans retail, SME, and HNI segments — helping individuals and businesses navigate credit, grow their assets, and unlock tailored financial solutions. I hold an MBA, I’m an ACIB-certified banker and Certified International Retail Banker — and I’m currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), focussed on interest rate dynamics and Nigeria's real sector. This keeps me sharp on both macroeconomic policy and real-sector performance. Beyond the banking hall, I’ve volunteered extensively as a business coach, leading monthly business clinics for entrepreneurs and SMEs. I provide practical guidance on access to finance, access to market, and access to information — empowering everyday Nigerians to run stronger businesses and make informed financial decisions. My passion lies in financial literacy, economic resilience, and development-focused finance.
