Following this, I joined NuWave Technology Partners, an MSP supporting over 30 clients across industries such as healthcare and manufacturing. Most recently, I served as a key leader at Edwards Garment, a global business apparel company. Initially hired as a Network Technician, I was quickly promoted to manage the Infrastructure Team. Transitioned the organization from a legacy analog phone system to a modern VOIP solution. Managed AWS environments, implemented Azure security controls, and supported D365/Dynamics integrations.
