About Christopher Ehmann

I began my professional career back in as a Pest Control Technician. It was the first of the only 2 full time positions I've held in my career spanning over 20 years now. Of all the technical aspects of that position, which included a license issued by the NJ DEP, none of it is practical for the career path I'm on today. I credit this job for teaching and reinforcing my many soft skills. Customer service, time management, data analysis, problem solving, phone etiquette, and customer 1on1(face to face)just to name a few. After a decade in the business, I wanted to move on, as the physical demands of the position were wearing on me, and I wanted something with better advancement opportunities. After speaking to a friend close to the family, I was told about the medical field and its potential for growth. I decided to enroll in billing school in the summer of 2009. This is where I learned many of the technical skills I utilize daily in my current position, along with some I learned on the job. Upon graduation in the spring of 2011 it didn't take long to find a job in my current position. I've found this line of work to be rewarding but also extremely challenging at times. I look forward for opportunities to use my learned skills to help my organization and fellow workers.
