About Christopher Enaje

One thing about me. I love to cook. So, naturally, I began to find many parallels in cooking with everyday life which translated seamlessly over to how I manage projects in my current role. In order to make a dish there are steps to be completed, ingredients to acquire, and when something along the way tastes off, you have to adjust and make corrections to get you back track. I find these very same principles as I navigate through my work day. I'd like to reflect more on when things go awry. The unbeknown tend to make up majority of the day of a project manager. I find these detours as a fun way to challenge my resourcefulness. Pulling from the days I worked in restaurants waiting tables and bartending. Pulling from my years in the Navy as an electrician and mechanic, and as recent as 2020 when I started my current role during the height of the pandemic. I have had to advertently adapt to my environment and find order amongst the chaos. So when you need to adjust, just remember, a little salt goes a long way. Although I am still rather early in my career journey as a PM, I can say that I am honestly enjoying this field of work. I get to constantly learn new things every day and absorb a plethora of new experiences and interactions with some really cool people. I would love to test my skills in other fields like healthcare and IT if the opportunity appears before me. I am working towards attaining my PMP certificate and would be interested in furthering my education in the field I align most with.
